What Makes Our Puppies So Special
When you select a puppy, we’re happy to spend an hour and a half with you, or more if needed, to ensure you have plenty of time to choose your puppy without any time pressure.
When you have chosen your puppy, we’ll provide you with a Puppy Checklist filled with valuable information to help you prepare for your puppy’s arrival. It will help ensure that you don’t forget any of the important things and also give you some good advice about how to buy things economically.
When you come to collect your puppy, please allow 90 minutes so we can share some important and helpful information that will make life easier for your puppy and your family in the first few days.
At Eltham Border Collies, we know that a puppy is a new family member, and we make sure you’re 100% prepared for this commitment and ready to welcome your puppy home, so for us, it’s not simply a matter of taking payment and handing over the puppy, unlike many breeders.
